DO YOU APPRECIATE AN EXCELLENT SERVICE?
Have you ever experienced it: your Customer Service Representative is not available or the shipping documents
are not fully correct? Meritor Aftermarket is regularly running a Survey to measure the satisfaction of its customers.
“Customer satisfaction survey response no longer a man”. Unfortunately, this is a widespread opinion but it is
incorrect. Indeed, feedback to our surveys in recent years have led to a significant improvement in different topics
such as the availability of Sales & Customer Service representatives, the accuracy of deliveries, the efficiency
in dealing with complaints, etc. Further we have strongly optimized our supply chain and invested in inventory
improving massively our fill-rate.
Every day our 20 people strong Customer Service team is working hard only for you, providing information, services
and support in more than 10 languages. But we want to serve you better in the future.
We are looking forward to further receive you feedbacks and other suggestions for improvement.

Systems Products like Air Dryers and Valves to exacting specification.
■ OE product range coverage on pneumatic air driers and valves increased to over 50%.
■ Sourced from ISO TS-16949 approved supplier.
■ Each production batch has full traceability.
Meritor has invested its Quality and Engineering resources for suppliers selection, development and parts validation
in order to provide the desired product quality with very competitive market prices.
We have launched 59 new products which were made available for sales from February 2015 and expect to have

assurance, including dynamometer performance testing. All disc and drum
products are EAC certified. All our drums are being prepared for ECE Reg
90 certification.

independent inspectors checking and ensuring the quality of every
shipment. With our rigorous testing, certification and assurance, you can

you maximum flexibility. We provide you with an independent, English
speaking logistics agent as point of contact based at port, who will deal
