It is with great

offer point to point, sprint
services in Tauranga. We have
offered point to point, sprint
services in Hamilton for over 17
years and are now expanding
into the Tauranga market.
We deliver your items on the same day or overnight to
Auckland, Hamilton, Tauranga and the Waikato regions with
up to 4 services daily to Cambridge and Te Awamutu.
We are able to offer a range
of delivery services within
Tauranga City, Mt Maunganui
and Papamoa from 60 mins,
90 mins and 2 hour deliveries.
Our timed services are based
on real time and start from
when the order has been
placed.

on 0800 GET THERE, track 1 of
our four drivers and receive
emailed proof of delivery.
No prepaid tickets required,
keep your cash flow on hand
and you decide whether you

Are all your details correct?
To ensure that we provide the
best possible service to you and
your customers please ensure
that all details are correct.
It is very time consuming for dispatch to amend
errors, or our drivers arriving at incorrect
destinations. As of Wednesday, 1st April there will
be a job correction fee of $4.00 for each job that
needs to be amended.
This does include
incorrect address details and incorrect service
types.
In line with providing a fast, timely delivery with
the size of Hamilton ever growing, and the
increase of cars on the road a 40 minute service is
only available for deliveries within a 5km radius.
Anything over 5km is a 60 minute job as 40
minutes is not a realistic time frame.
If booking a job after 4.00pm please note that we
close at 5.30pm so a 2 hour service is not
available.
We are currently handling volumes of
freight that has been our highest
record to date. This is a reflection
not only of how well the New
Zealand economy is doing, but how
successful we are as a local business. With this in
mind, we are experiencing that some of our
drivers are being kept waiting while goods are
being prepared for delivery.
The longer our
drivers are waiting the slower the parcels on
board are being delivered. To ensure that we
maintain our high level of jobs on time, as of the
1st April any parcel that is not ready to be
collected or any driver kept waiting a waiting fee
of $4.00 will be charged.
Lot numbers – no deliver
It is extremely difficult to deliver items to on-site
workers that are working at street & houses that
are identified with lot numbers. As our drivers are
spending extensive time looking for these
unidentified streets and lot numbers we have
made the decision not to deliver to lot numbers,
or streets that are not on google maps.
Minimum standards for online
panel users
In order to receive a discount of 3.5% you must
adhere to the below minimum standard:






99% of jobs must be booked on your
customised online panel.
Address details must be 100% correct, and
must be found on google maps.
The service type booked must be 100%
correct. Dispatch will not automatically
amend if you have entered the incorrect
service, you will be charged at the higher
rate.
Ensure you enter the correct number of
items and weight limits for your pick up.
Link jobs must be booked 30 minutes prior
to depot schedule departure.
The job is booked when the collection is
ready.
Please note that if the above are not adhere to
you will be charge the standard retail rate. The
correction fee, incorrect address fee and/or
waiting fee will apply if necessary.
Words from Dispatch – Marcia
February saw a reshuffle in the dispatch office
with Marcia West taking on the role of dispatch
manager.
Here she shares a few words:
