95 Express is a congestion management project that combined four
transportation techniques (tolling, transit, travel-demand
management and technology) to:

Transit ridership has increased
Bus-rapid transit (95 Express Bus) service helps to reduce the

– Seen increased 95 Express Bus ridership by an average of 170% since
pre‐95 Express
