Your mission
•
To assist the sales team by providing sales & merchandising tools to both internal team and distributors
•
To assist the sales team in the preparation of trade shows, sales meetings and promotional activities
•
To provide customer service: managing orders and deliveries, invoices, payments and overall customer assistance
•
To deal with logistics partners in order to arrange the deliveries
•
To resolve order and inventory problems by investigating data and history; notifying managers and customers
•
To provide product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request
•
To deliver exceptional customer service, to create solid and long term relationships with each account
•
To organize focus groups, in-store demos and street marketing activities.
•
To participate to social medias management, content production and proofreading; e-commerce
+ To participate to transversal brand activities: communication, PR, demos, street marketing, open house…
Skills and profile
Excellent communication in English, problem-solving and presentation skills.
A passion for customer service. Attention to details.
