The Michigan Guardianship Association is excited to invite you to participate in our
2015 Spring Conference at the beautiful Shoreline Inn Hotel and Conference Center.
This is an amazing opportunity for you to network with guardians, healthcare professionals,
advocates, attorneys and other MGA members. As a valued participant you will have the
opportunity to learn from our experienced and knowledgeable speakers as they make
informational presentations on important issues for surrogate decision makers.
We offer several unique sponsorship packages – each offering an array of promotional
opportunities to leave a lasting impression with potential clients and colleagues.
We heard what you had to say! After reviewing exhibitor surveys from our last few conferences,
we have decided that exhibit space will be open on Thursday, May 14th only. However, all
packages include conference registration and meals for both days. We hope you will consider
staying for the education, food and networking on Friday, May 15th!

Center. We STRONGLY recommend that you make reservations as soon as possible. Room availability
cannot be guaranteed after April 30th.
Each room reservation includes complimentary wireless, refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot. The
hotel features an indoor pool with two hot tubs (open 24 hours), an outdoor pool, business center and a

Important Information
Please note that packages are made available on a first come first serve basis through completion and
submission of MGA’s Exhibitor/Sponsorship Agreement.
Each Sponsorship Package and the Exhibitor Package comes with the following:
- 1 day exhibiting space - Thursday, May 14th
- 1 eight foot table with tablecloth with 2 chairs
- Participation in vendor bingo. Please provide one (or more, if you like) item to be “raffled” off at
dinner Thursday evening.
Setup:
Wednesday, May 13th from 6:30 pm – 9:00 pm
Thursday, May 14th – Setup MUST be completed by 7:30 am
Exhibitor area is open air and not secure. Do not leave valuable items overnight. MGA and the Shoreline
Inn will not be held liable for lost or stolen items.
You must advise if you require electrical within this application. Electrical cannot be guaranteed onsite
without prior notice. Exhibitors who need additional audio/visual equipment, electrical beyond the basic
