day.

GRMS Celebrates March Madness
There was basketball madness
in the GRMS gym this March
as students battled each other
and students battled teachers.
During the March Madness
Spirit Week, Student Council
hosted a “Wear Your College
Gear Day” and a Knockout
Contest for students during
study lunches. Students were
split up among 4 baskets in the
gym and competed to be the
winner at each basket. The
winners moved on to the Students Vs. Teachers Foul Shot
Contest the following day.
Teachers from all grades and
subject areas signed up to
Principal: Mr. Edward S. Thompson
Assistant Principal: Mr. Brian J. Pepe
compete against the student
knockout winners as the remaining students looked on as
anxious spectators. With each
basket, the crowd went wild!
Both students and teachers
then enjoyed free time to shoot
some hoops and revel in their
victories.
