2015 Ron Klinger Bridge Seminar
Ron Klinger is one of the world’s leading bridge authors and teachers with more than sixty books to his
credit. He is also an Australian Grand Master and a World Bridge Federation International Master. Ron will
be returning to Peninsula Kingswood Country Golf Club from Monday 7th September to Wednesday 9th
September to conduct his popular bridge workshops.

Terms and Conditions
1. CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING
A booking will be considered confirmed when the signed Booking Application Form is returned along with full
payment details. If this does not occur within 14 days of original reservation, Management reserves the right to cancel
the booking without notice to the guest.
2. CANCELLATION
In the event of cancelling, the following terms are applicable:
Cancellations with more than 30 days’ notice from the day of the event date will receive a full refund on deposits paid
or the option to hold over their deposit for their next event.
Cancellations made with 21 - 30 days of the event date will receive a 50% refund on payments made.
Cancellations made with 8 - 21 days of the event date will receive a 25% refund on payments made.
Cancellations made within seven (7) days and the day of the event will receive no refund on payments.
3. PROPERTY DAMAGE
The Peninsula Kingswood Country Golf Club does not accept responsibility for damage to or loss of any client's
property left in the Club prior to, during or after a function. Guests are financially responsible for any damage
sustained to Club’s fittings, property or equipment, during or after a function.
4. ROOM ALLOCATION
The Peninsula Kingswood Country Golf Club reserves the right to assign another room for the organised function in
the event the room originally designated for such function is not available or inappropriate in the opinion of the Club.
5. REGULATIONS
It is understood that the client will conduct their function in an orderly manner and in full compliance with The
Peninsula Kingswood Country Golf Club rules and dress regulations which include:
No denim or jeans
No t-shirts or collarless shirts (men only)
No track suits or runners
No thongs
It is the client’s responsibility to be aware of the club’s full dress regulations.
6. SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted inside the clubhouse. Mobile phones are not permitted to be used on the Club’s premises
except the accommodation rooms, the telephone booth in Reception, Conference Rooms, Locker Rooms and in your
Motor Vehicle.
7. CONSUMPTION
Clients are not permitted to supply their own food and/or beverage, unless prior arrangements have been made.
8. LAWS AND REGULATIONS
At no time will the client commit any act or permit its employees, agents or invitees to commit any act that is illegal or
offensive or is in breach of any statutes, by laws, orders, regulations or other provisions having the force of the law
including but not limited to The Peninsula Kingswood Country Golf Club’s Liquor Licence and Fire Regulations.
9. PRICES
All prices are current at the time of quotation and are subject to revision prior to signing the Booking Application
Form. Rates and prices are inclusive of GST, unless otherwise indicated. Surcharges are applicable for functions held
on a Public Holiday where 25% is added to the total food and beverage bill.
10. ITEMS NOT COLLECTED
Any items that have not been collected after the function will be disposed of within Fourteen (14) days.
11. ACCOMMODATION
Check in time is 2.00pm; check-out time is 10.30am. Should further time be required this must be pre-arranged, a late
checkout fee may be applicable.
12. RESPONSIBLE SERVICE OF ALCOHOL
The Peninsula Kingswood Country Golf Club follows the National Alcohol Beverage Industries Council Guidelines of
Responsible Serving of Alcohol. Our staff members are instructed not to serve any alcoholic beverages to guests under
the age of 18 years, or to guests in a state of intoxication.
Our policy is to serve our guests in a responsible, friendly and professional manner. We encourage drinking alcohol
in moderation.
The manager on duty reserves the right to stop alcohol and beverage service at any time to the individual or to the
group as a whole.
