NOTICE OF SPECIAL GENERAL ASSEMBLY
Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Rules 10.5 to 10.7 of the Mauritius Institute of
Professional Accountants (Rules governing Board Meetings and the General Assembly)
Rules 2005, a Special General Assembly of the registered members of the Mauritius
Institute of Professional Accountants will be held on Thursday the second (2nd) day of
April 2015 between 5.00 pm to 7.00 pm. at Business Parks of Mauritius Ltd, Cyber
Tower 1, Ebene with registration starting at 4.45 p.m.
Agenda of SGA:
1. To provide explanations on declarations made by the Minister of Financial
Services, Good Governance and Institutional Reforms;
2. To decide on the way forward;
