will be shortened accordingly. If you are unable to attend an appointment, please let us
know. We need 4 hours cancellation time to be able to accommodate other clients! We urge
you to keep your scheduled appointments. We appreciate your help in keeping our schedule
running efficiently. (NOTE! We also have a cell number, 076 033 7502, for the clinic if the
landline is busy, or if you need to send us a message.)
2. You are responsible to REMEMBER or DIARISE your own appointment dates (sms is ONLY a
courtesy).
3. Please co-operate with us to help other clients if you are unable to attend to your
appointment. Reply “NO” on our reminder sms or send a cancellation sms to our
cell nr.: 076 033 7502 (remember to add your name to the sms).
4. Please note: A deposit will be needed for certain procedures to ensure your booking.
