Technical Assistant (for Chemical Engineering)

 2nd Class Diploma in the respective branch from a
recognized board or equivalent.
OR
 High School / Higher Secondary School with ITI
certificate of competency in the respective trade with
5 years experience in the trade.
 Three years working experience of industry or
working in the laboratory of technical institution
Instructor (for Mechanical Engineering)
Consolidated salary (negotiable)
 2nd Class Diploma in the respective trade/discipline from
a recognized board or equivalent.
OR
 High School / Higher Secondary School with ITI
certificate of competency in the respective trade with 3
years experience in the trade.
 Three years working experience of industry or working in
the laboratory of technical institution
 Desirable: Experience in Automobile/Ability to repair
and maintain I.C. Engines is highly desirable.
LAB. TECHNICIAN/LAB. ASSISTANT (for Biotechnology)

MITS, Gwalior alongwith self attested testimonials and a Demand Draft (Non Refundable) of
Rs. 200/- drawn in favour of “Director, MITS, Gwalior” payable at Gwalior in the A4 Size
envelope. The envelope containing application form must be super scribed “Application for
the post of …………………………. on purely contract basis (write name of the post),
Department of ………………………. (Write name of the Department).

CANDIDATES ARE ADVISED TO READ THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT
NOTES/INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE FILLING UP THE APPLICATION FORM
1. Preference will be given to candidates with higher qualification and experience.
2. Institute reserves the right to call only short listed candidates for Interview.
3. Canvassing in any form and/or bringing in any influence political or otherwise will be
treated as a disqualification for the post.
4. No interim enquiries/correspondence/communication of any sort will be entertained on
the matter.
5. The prescribed essential qualifications/experience indicated are bare minimum and
mere possessions of same will not entitle the candidates to be called for interview.
When numbers of applications received are large, the Institute may restrict the number
of candidates to be called for interview to a reasonable limit, on the basis of
qualifications and experience possessed in the relevant field.
6. Application incomplete in any respect and not accompanied by relevant
certificates/documents/photograph/ required fee may be rejected.
7. All qualifications, experience will be considered as on the last date of the submission of
application form.
8. The contract appointment will be as per the institute norms.
9. Original documents with one set of self attested copies will have to be submitted at the
time of written examination/interview for verification.
10. The contract services may be terminated at a short notice of 24 hours (one day)
11. No TA/DA will be admissible for attending written/interview.

dated 25-06-2015
