Lifestyle of modern men has changed and forced the necessity to maintain normal body function and our health through
involvement in carefully created wellness programms. In coordination with Clinic Centar Plus from Belgrade, which is
regional leader in spinal rehabilitation programs, we created SPINE WELLNESS programme that is organised in Hotel
Grand, at Kopaonik, from April till November.
Adult programme:
Due to dis-balance in static pressure, spine is suffering unequal stress through function that is causing inflammatory
reactions and degenerative changes. That is developing in spinal segments which are suffering increased pressure in both,
active and passive periods. That is why consequences of bad posture are on longer term basis, as damaging as injuries. Pain
in the neck, mid and low back can be caused by bad positions in sitting, standing or sleeping. Unfortunately most adults are
not aware of those facts. Change is happening in spinal (facet) joints involving all supporting tissues (muscles, ligaments,
joint capsule, nerves and blood vessels). In order to have normal spinal function all of those structures need to have good
functional status. Wrong biomechanics through work or sports activities can cause pain and inflammation. It is crucial to
react on those sensations as soon as possible. In most situations only spinal adjustment can resolve the problem, if done as
treatment or even as prevention.
Programme is focused on some very frequent spinal conditions: Discus hernia, Spondylosis (degenerative vertebral and disc
changes), Lumbar syndrome, Thoracic syndrome, Cervical syndrome, Some spinal deformities. Programme is individually
planned for every accepted participant according to their condition.
There is an option for individually created healthy menu for every participant that should be continued after finishing the
programme, together with other maintenance suggestions.
Paediatric programme
Assessment and corrections can, and should, start if necessary from the moment child starts walking. That is when
biomechanics can start developing dis-balance and asymmetry. Those conditions lead to development of structural
dis-functions (injury prone body parts or spinal deformity's). In paediatric age, if acted on time, corrections are easy, pain
free and permanent.

NOTES about SPINE WELLNESS PROGRAMME:
MEDICAL APPLICATION FORM: in order to confirm SPINE WELLNESS programme it is required to send
Medical Application Form to a doctor, through an e mail, together with guest’s complete medical
documentation. Application Form is document attached to this offer. After guest’s consultations with the doctor
and with the doctor’s approval hotel can confirm SPINE WELLNESS programme to the guest.
Minimum for realisation of SPINE WELLNESS programme: 5 persons. In case of reservation for less than 5
people organizer reserves the right to cancel the camp program, modify program and price for requested dates
or suggest other dates, at least 14 days before beginning of programme.
Deadline for application for SPINE WELLNESS programme is 30 days prior to arrival, and deadline for
confirmation and payment is 15 days prior to arrival.

transferred within 2 working days. The balance is to be transferred at least 7 days prior to arrival.

MK Mountain Resort reserves the right to change the rates due to monetary market fluctuation.
The rate is guaranteed only for total invoiced prepayment. Otherwise, only advance payment amount is
guaranteed, the balance is subject of changes.
General terms of changes and reservation cancelation :
Your reservation is valid until 11.59 p.m. on the arrival day.

The fee for the cancellation will be charged in accordance with the date stated in the written cancellation as
follows:
• 30 % of the total amount will be charged if cancelled or changed 15-10 days prior to arrival date.
• 50% of t he total amount will be charged if cancelled or changed 9-6 days prior to arrival date.
• 80% of the total amount will be charged if cancelled or changed 5-3 days prior to arrival date.
• 100% of the total amount will be charged if cancelled or changed 3-0 days prior to arrival date or in case
of no show.
In the event a guest departs prior to the reservation departure date, MK Mountain Resort will charge the full
amount (total) for the previously reserved period of stay.
