Your company is hereby invited to participate in the Competitive Bidding for Delivery of
46 DELL servers , for Headquarters Multinational Corps Northeast (HQ MNC NE),
Baltic Barracks Ul. Łukasińskiego 33, Szczecin, Poland. The Bid Closing date for
this Invitation For Bidding (IFB) shall be at 12.00 hours (noon, Polish time) on 5. MAY

1. Subject of the contract
The subject of the contract is procurement of forty Dell R730 servers and six
Dell R730 servers with NVIDIA K1 Graphic Processor for HQ MNC NE, Baltic
Barracks, ul. Łukasińskiego 33, Szczecin:
Technical details are included at paragraph 3 below.
2. Technical Specifications and number of items
The contract includes delivery of the products mentioned in the table below.
All items must be delivered at HQ MNC NE, Baltic Barracks, ul. Łukasińskiego
33, Szczecin.
Preferred delivery date is 30th MAY 2015 or earlier. Bidders must include in
their response to this bidding, required time for delivery at HQ MNC NE after
signing of a contract.
All items must be new and at least with three (3) years of warranty after the
day of delivery.
