Starts Monday 13th January 2014
I would like to introduce myself as the new Centre Lead for ABC, Moors Edge and
Teign Valley Children Centres. I have worked within Children centres for 11 years
and welcome the new challenge of a rural community. I have enjoyed meeting the
children and their families since starting in July. I value your feedback about the
services we provide, so we can make sure services are shaped to meet your needs.
If you would like to support the Children Centre within our work, there are
volunteering options and the opportunity to support the Friends
Kate Freeman
of Sure Start.
The Children’s Centre Teams are made up of Family Support Practitioners, Family Support Workers & Early Years Workers

SOLIHULL PARENTING COURSE A 10 week parenting
course that is designed to help parents develop a way of
relating to their child that promotes child development and
effective behaviour management. The course helps
parents to think about what is being communicated through
the child’s behaviour and their relationship with the child.
