Patients with resistant active acne, acne scars, or wrinkles who desire an effective and fast treatment that allows them to resume their
normal activities immediately are perfect candidates for ThermaScan. This is a no downtime procedure because ThermaScan utilizes
a mid-infrared 1319 nm Nd:YAG laser that targets the highly hydrated upper papillary and reticular dermis and heats it to the desired
temperature, while sparing the less hydrated epidermis. The net effect is the heat will shrink the sebaceous glands for a positive effect
on the acne, and the heat will stimulate new collagen growth for a positive effect on wrinkles and acne scars.

LAPGTM – Large Area Pattern Generator
The LAPG™ Large Area Pattern Generator, a computer-guided high speed
scanner, provides precise placement of each spot in a non-sequential pattern
to prevent excessive heat buildup, allowing thermal relaxation time between
pulses. In addition, robotic scanning offers uninterrupted smooth operation,
faster treatments, and improved efficacy with a significantly greater safety
margin compared to individually placed spots.

ThermaScan is a gentle and non-invasive treatment that can
penetrate deep into the skin without affecting the surface.
It is effective on all skin types and tones. Constant skin
cooling means maximum patient comfort.

Because it takes time for collagen to remodel, typically a
minimum of 4 treatments are required for the results to
become visible. The growth of collagen and elastin
continues for some time after the treatment and will lead
to a gradual improvement in skin tightness and resilience
in the months ahead.

There is virtually no downtime associated with the procedure.
Makeup can be immediately applied after the treatment.
Fast Treatment
The procedure takes between 15 and 30 minutes depending
