n Downstroke bending beam, actuated by two
cylinders
n Rigidly welded, monoblock steel frame for
minimum deflection under load.
n Ram travel fully supported in low friction
pertinax slideways, which are easily adjustable.
n Patented hydro-mechanical system for exact
parallelism and a high repeat accuracy.
n Solid torsion-bar linkage for ram leveling.
n Ram stroke control by precision mechanicalstops built into each one cylinder and
electrically adjusted by push-button with a
digital position display.
n Independent position control of one cylinderstop to provide fine angle adjustment and/or
conical bending possibility.
XY Controller
n High stroke and daylight values to
accommodate tolling variety.
n Pressure switch and gauge to regulate bending
tonnage easily and to prevent overbending due
to bottoming of tools.
n Hydraulic overload protection.
n Pre-set, two-speed bending cycle giving fast
approach, slow bending and fast return.

n Two laterally adjustable front support arms.
n Oil-tank level indicator.
n Hand screw clamps and chains to align and
secure bottom die.
