Bob’s family has been in the insurance profession since 1910
and has operated their agency, Morris & Reynolds Insurance,

Bob is an expert at arranging all forms of coverage for
Personal Protection, Businesses of all sizes and Employee Benefits-such as group health and retirement
plans- as well as Life insurance. He has unique, deep –
seated experience in the fields of insuring complex personal and corporate risks, employee benefits, loss
control, claims management and consulting.
In 1910, E. H. Reynolds began his
insurance career in Miami and in
1950 founded his own independent
insurance and risk management
agency, Morris & Reynolds Insurance. In 1957, his son, Douglas H.
Reynolds, CPIA, joined his father in the sale and
service of insurance protection and proudly led our
firm’s growth for more than 40 years.
He is also a skilled negotiator and client advocate who
takes pride in providing his clients with quality results
and care not often found anywhere else in the insurance
industry.
Today, Robert “Bob” Reynolds personifies the third
generation of his family to own and lead the agency.
COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
Bob’s community service includes a range of
professional, philanthropic, and community boards
which include: AvMed, AIG/Chartis, BlueCross/
Shield, the Florida Gas Association, the Independent
Insurance Agents, the Chamber of Commerce, the
University of Miami, and the Vision Council, to name a
few.
His volunteer service includes: Breakthrough Miami,
Habitat For Humanity, Leadership South Dade, the
Professional Insurance Agents, the Independent Insurance Agents of America and many others.
PERSONAL INTERESTS
Bob is a proud second generation born “Miamian” and
has lived in South Florida his entire life. He is a graduate of Miami Palmetto Senior High School and has
earned college degrees from the Florida State
University and the University of Miami.
His passions begin with his family, his wife and partner
Julianne, as well as their two children as well as his
professional work. He also enjoys fishing and diving,
reading, carpentry, writing, gardening and travel.
