mobilisation to refresh and build on their group work skills
with new ideas, tools and approaches
How will the course delivered?
• To provide a safe, but fun and lively learning
environment in which participants can gain confidence
in their facilitation skills
The course will be delivered by Bill Crooks and Jackie
Mouradian of Mosaic Creative. It is a practical, interactive
course, using a variety of creative teaching methods, including
demonstration of skills, small group work, discussion and
review, use of drama and presentations and basic drawing and
cartoon techniques.
• To equip participants with a range of creative tools
and methods for enhancing their facilitation, which
include the use of learning games, drama, cartoons
and visual images
This course has been run regularly since 2005 for international
and local NGOs, such as CAFOD, Trocaire, Tearfund, The
Mothers’ Union, Episcopal Relief and Development, Us and
Compassion International.
• To equip participants with a range of methods
including art and drama to help them present Bible
passages creatively

• Creative decision making and planning tools
This is a tranquil location in the heart of Oxford with its own
garden, close to the station and tourist attractions. Hopefully
the course can be run in the garden room and the garden itself,
weather permitting. This is a non-residential course, but a list of
recommended B&Bs can be supplied.

Application procedure
Cancellation policy
Early booking is recommended, as places are limited. Once
we have accepted your application we will send you a
booking letter and a pro-forma invoice. The invoice contains
full details on how to pay. To guarantee your place, receipt
of full payment is required. As there are limited spaces on
our blended learning courses, we request that payment be
made shortly after applying or at least eight weeks before
the course start date.
If you wish to cancel your place on a course, we will refund
the fee according to the number of weeks before the
course that you notify us of this.
More than 6 weeks: 100% refund
Between 4-6 weeks: 50% refund
Less than 4 weeks including not showing up for the course: No refund
To cancel your place on the course we require written notification.
