The activities may be distributed over the proposed implementation period based on State priorities and practicalities. THE MOU | | | | The MOU has to flow/emanate from the SSSP and be based on the activities mentioned in the SSSP. Year-wise central and state share of the financial resources required for the implementation of the SSSP may be prepared and be included in the SSSP. Cost estimates may be delineated clearly over each year, alongwith the break-up requirement of funds distributed from the Centre and the State. Annual Activity Plan (AAP) may be prepared for the implementation of the SSSP. SSSP ROAD MAP FOR THE MOU-CONTI | | The provision of the State Component of expenditure including Land/or building cost should be clearly mentioned in the SSSP. Recurring expenditure should be met from the funds provided by the States. MOU will be first discussed with the Project Support Group before putting it upto to the SHLSC. Once, the State SHLSC approves the MOU, it will be put up to the Steering Committee on ISSP in Government of India and after its approval Centre and the State Government Sign on the MoU. REVIEW AND MONITORING MECHANISM AT THE STATE LEVEL | | | | | Project Management Team/Committee to meet regularly and actively pursue and oversee the implementation. 5 State High Level Steering Committee will review the progress every six month and recommend for forwarding the same to MoSPI. Regular Monitoring at State Level may be done, preferably using monthly monitoring formats.
