Read-a-thon
Family Breakfast
As you know we have a Mpls.
Kids idea board in our room.
Students can write down a
calendar activity they would
like to help lead. Ellie and
Anya wanted to read books
and have a read-a-thon so we
are doing a service learning
read-a-thon in May! The girls
decided that Mpls. Kids would
pledge to read for 30 minutes
every school day from May
4th-May 15th and in return we
would love it if families could
donate items or money all to
be donated to the Children’s
Hospital of Minnesota. We
are also partnering with Usborne books. All money
raised will go to buying new
books for the Children’s Hospital. Children will be able to
pick out the books we donate!

Annual end of the year
breakfast on Thursday May
28th from 6:30-9:00 AM in
the cafeteria. Enjoy a light
breakfast with your child,
admire some of the art work
Mpls. Kids has created
throughout the year, and
spend some time outside
playing lawn games and other activities on the playground! If your child is not
registered for care this day
Please, still join us!!! We just
ask that you stay with your
child until
the school
day starts.

Mpls. Kids closes at 6:00 PM.
There is a $1 per minute fee
charged for any pick up after

We have a peanut free room.
We ask that children do not
bring peanut products into
our room and if your child
consumed a peanut product

may be damaged or lost. It is

It is very helpful to call the
site if your child will not be
coming to Mpls. Kids that
