Founder, MRG
Kyle Hayungs has always been dedicated to helping others. His philanthropy
work focuses primarily on mentoring at-risk youth through organizations
such as Beauty for Freedom, Ferrari Kid and Living Beyond A Dream. His
passion for youth comes from his personal experiences over- coming
hardships. This passion also extends to Kyle’s professional life, where his
company Merchant’s Resource Group, provides free business development
and operational consulting for businesses.

Kelly Wright

For nearly 30 years, Kelly Wright has been reporting on America’s top stories
from New York City, Washington DC and foreign countries. Wright has interviewed top people such as Barack Obama (then senator), Joel Olsteen, John
Travolta, First Lady Laura Bush, LeBron James, The Who, Denziel Washington, Shaquille O’Neal, and more. A familiar face to millions who watch Fox
News, Kelly Wright is the co-anchor of “America’s News Headquarters Weekend” and former co-host of “Fox and Friends Weekend”.
Beyond his anchoring and reporting, Kelly is an ordained minister and Gospel
Recording Artist and Author of the book, “America’s Hope in Troubled Times.”
He encourages people and is passionate about preaching good news in a hostile world. Wright is the creator of the Fox News series, “Beyond the Dream”
and was inducted into the Martin Luther King Jr. Board of Sponsors at Morehouse College for his efforts to deliver inspiring stories about ordinary people

Aubrey Marcus
Owner,Onnit
Aubrey Marcus, CEO of Onnit, graduated from University of Richmond with a
degree in philosophy and classical civilization. That didn’t stop him from
starting a marketing company which he ran successfully for 7 years, until
eventually he could fulfill his dream of creating a brand dedicated to human
optimization. Drawing on his experience as a lifelong multi-sport athlete and
network of world class competitors like Bode Miller, Aubrey launched Alpha
BRAIN as Onnit’s flagship supplement in July of 2011. With help from his
partner Joe Rogan, Aubrey guided Onnit to becoming a multi-million dollar
company dedicated to the full range of improving human performance — including fitness, supplements, nutrition, and personal care.
On top of being a very active CEO, Aubrey is the host of both the Total Human
Optimization podcast, as well as the Warrior Poet Project, dedicated to
exploring and expanding human happiness and consciousness. Aubrey is also

Blaine Herring
Cancer Surviver - Body Builder - Entrepreneur
At 11 years old I was diagnosed with a rare form of bone cancer. Although I am
healthy now (16 years remission!) I endured a year of high intensity chemotherapy and the amputation of my left leg. It was a tough chapter of my life but I
wouldn't change it for a thing. Difficulties are what mold us and shape us into
the individuals we are. Despite my challenges I became a collegiate wrestler,
an honor I worked tirelessly, although most people would not have though it
possible. The greatest achievements in life are not made though talent but
through persistence and determination, two things I have plenty of. After wrestling I pursued a degree in Electrical Engineering. I found my way into an internship my junior year that turned into a full time job for 4 1/2 years. I was
employed writing missile guidance algorithms and spent long hours behind a
computer screen. Slowly but surely, I ventured from the athlete I once was and
one day I woke up overweight, hypertensive, and depressed. I'll spare you the
details, but on that day I looked in the mirror and decided enough was enough.
Within 75 days I had completely turned my life around.

Blaine Herring
Cancer Surviver - Body Builder - Entrepreneur
I had found my passion for fitness again. Not long after, I realized I could not
live my life behind a computer so I put in my two weeks and eventually moved
back to Houston (my hometown) and did some soul searching. After working in
restaurants for a year or so I decided to start my own Fitness company, No
Excuse Fitness. The fitness industry gives me the opportunity to do what I love
most - inspire others. I have a unique position in life to push people beyond
what they ever though possible just by doing the same to myself – leading by
example. When I walk down the street, all eyes are on me. When I go to the
gym, all eyes are on me. People stare, that's just a part of reality for me. Why
not USE that attention. Being fit to the point where people think, "Oh my god,
that guy kicks ass!!" is how I've decided to use my unique situation in life - if I
can do it, what's your excuse?
