Put the plastic sheet under the person being treated to stop staining on the chair or bed. Put a heat pack on top of the affected area to let the heat work the oil into the body. Wrap all this and pin it together with the towel. Relax for between 30 minutes and take everything off and clean offs the excess oil. To prepare, combine one teaspoon of cayenne with 1 cup of vinegar and 1 cup of water. Mix thoroughly. Using a sponge or washcloth, apply and rub into the affected area.
