INSTRUCTIONS
Please read the following instructions carefully before filling up the Application Form
1.
Eligibility
(i) Father of candidate must be a domicile of INDIA.
(ii) Date of Birth Application are invited as per the given format from boys born between dates given as
under for the academic year 2015-16.
(a) For Class VI : 02 February 2004 to 01 July 2006 (both dates inclusive)
(b) For Class IX : 02 February 2001 to 01 July 2004 (both dates inclusive)
(iii) Must have passed class V and VIII for admission in class VI and IX respectively by 20 June 2015 from a
recognized school.
2. Reservation and scholarship: Out of total vacancies, 20 % of the seats are reserved for OBC, SC ST categories.
And 10% of the seats are reserved for Defence.
3. Scheme of Written Examination: Admission to the school is made through a competitive examination. The subjects of
examination are First Paper: Mathematics, Second Paper: Language ability (Hindi & English) Test, General
knowledge and intelligence test. The school provides admission in class VI and IX only.

5. Availability of Application Form: Format of Application form with instructions will be available from 19 November
2015 to 10 January 2016 on school website and www.msmsainikschool.in late fee 110 Rs extra from fee.)

Identification Form, self address envelop with Rs.25/- stamp affixed and Demand Draft of Rs 300/- drawn in

9. School Fee Scholarship is given on merit basis by CRRMCT. Fee may be increased as per existing rules..

11. The following documents/certificates to be submitted at the time of admission:
a. Transfer Certificate from the school last attended duly counter signed by District Inspector of school.
b. Domicile certificate of father issued by the District Magistrate or authorised by DM in original.
c. Caste certificate (SC/ST/OBC) from competent authority in original.
d. Agreement bond on Rs.50/- Special Adhesive Stamp.
e. Affidavit on Rs.10/- non judicial stamp regarding ragging.
