Dear Parents (Pre-Primary),
WELCOME TO THE NEW ACADEMIC SESSION OF 2015 – 16
Kindly follow the given points which will help your child in making a happy stay in the
school:
(1)
Punctuality is of paramount importance in the life of a person. Punctuality as a
habit must be inculcated among the students right from a very young age.
Reporting time of your child in school is 08:50 a.m. The school gate shall close at
08.50 am after which the late comers will not be allowed to enter. The students are
therefore expected to reach school 5 minutes earlier.
(2)
Parents are not allowed to come and meet the teachers during school hours. Kindly
leave your child at gate only.
(3)
Parents are not allowed to interact with teachers during dispersal time. If parents
have any queries they can come and meet the teachers only on 2nd Saturday
between 08.10 a.m. to 10.00 a.m. However, they can meet the incharges at 01.30
p.m. with prior appointment.
(4)
School Almanac will be given shortly. Once received, send almanac daily and check
and sign the same regularly. Make use of the almanac for communication. Medical
record in the almanac must be completely filled in on priority basis.
(5)
Read all rules and regulations mentioned in the almanac.
(6)
ID – Cards will also be distributed in classes shortly. Students must wear ID-cards
daily.
(7)
Leave taken for a day or two should be written in the almanac. Leave application
should be sanctioned by the Principal if it is for more than 3 days. In case of
absentees due to medical reason, medical certificate should be submitted.
(8)
Practice worksheet (Home assignment) must be filed and sent back on 25th of every
month to the class teacher.
(9)
Label all the belongings.
(10) Send 2 pencils, eraser, and a scale in a compass box. Also send crayons, fevistick
and clay daily for activity purpose.
(11) Tiffin should be home made and send a fruit daily. Don’t send junk food in tiffin
which may create health problems to your child. Also send a napkin and a
handkerchief daily.

(13) Students must be in full school uniform whenever the child is coming to school.
Students are strictly prohibited from entering the school in civil dress.
(14) Students are not allowed to wear mehndi, nail paint or fancy items in the school
premises. Girls must tie their hair neatly with two plaits with Black ribbons and
boys must have short oiled hair.
(15) Send complete swimming costume, alongwith a towel, swimming cap in a plastic
bag as per the day mentioned. Label it with the child’s name and class.
(16) Keep an extra pair of dress in the child’s bag daily. Boys must wear underpants
compulsory and Girls must wear black cycle tights.
(17) During rainy season, students must wear black sandals and after rainy season they
should wear black shoes & white socks compulsory.
(18) During winter season, students can wear Maroon Colour Sweater.
(19) No gold ornaments, expensive things or electronic gadgets are allowed in the school.
(20) Gifts, chocolates, cakes or return gifts are not allowed to be distributed on
Birthdays. Only small toffees are allowed.
(21) Inform the school in case of any change in address and mobile nos.
(22) Assessment will not be taken afterwards for the students who remain absent on the
day of the exam.
(23) Follow the Celebration and Competition Schedule as given in the Annual Calendar.
(24) Cover and label all the books and send on the first day of the school.
Though the above instructions have been given time and again, we expect full cooperation from all our parents.
