MWDBA Judiciary Process – Umpire Ejection Participant Participant is ejected from JBC/MiL/Masters game by Umpire Competition Committee Does ejection warrant further action? YES Umpires reports to be emailed to JBC/MiL/ Masters within 24hrs of ejection RSA to be copied NO JBC/MiL/Masters Secretary to advise ejected participant & RSA that no further action is to be taken. RSA Tribunal Does participant wish to defend charge / penalty at a hearing of the MWDBA Judiciary? NO Relevant committee to formally advise RSA and ejected participant is to serve prescribed penalty YES Executive of relevant committee to determine applicable penalty from Umpires Reports RSA to be copied JBC/MiL/Masters to contact ejected participant vis e-mail to formally advise of applicable charge & prescribed penalty (umpires reports & prescribed penalty document to be included for participant information) RSA to be copied Executive of relevant committee to request RSA to form Judiciary panel. (Panel must meet prior to the next game that the ejected participant is due to be involved in) Is the participant found guilty by the Judiciary Panel? YES RSA and relevant Committee advised of outcome and participant is formally advised of applied penalty by the RSA Secretary NO RSA and relevant Committee advised of outcome and ejected participant is free to participate in next scheduled activity MWDBA Judiciary Process – Rule breech Participant Participant deemed to have breached a competition rule in a JBC/MiL/Masters game Competition Committee Does breach warrant further action? NO YES JBC/MiL/Masters Secretary to advise participant & RSA that no further action is to be taken. RSA Tribunal Does participant wish to defend charge / penalty at a hearing of the MWDBA Judiciary? NO Relevant committee to formally advise RSA and participant to serve prescribed penalty YES Executive of relevant committee to determine applicable penalty and advise RSA JBC/MiL/Masters to contact participant to formally advise of applicable charge & prescribed penalty (any document to be included for participant information) RSA to be copied Executive of relevant committee to request RSA to form Judiciary panel. (Panel must meet prior to the next game that the ejected participant is due to be involved in) Is the participant found guilty by the Judiciary Panel?
