Campaign Objectives:

To motivate all eligible applicants to submit their artwork and enter to win

To increase awareness of the 2015 Arts & Crafts Contest and garrison Arts & Crafts
programs
-
Highlight the importance of Arts & Crafts Programs as therapeutic outlets for service
members and their families
-
Encourage Arts & Crafts program managers to collaborate with community partners as a
way to sustain and expand the garrison “Resiliency through Art” programs.
-
Highlight that families who participate in art activities together, often strengthen their
relationships through shared enjoyment and the discovery of new strengths.
Desired Outcomes:
-
Increase contest submissions across all participating garrisons
-
Engage all eligible applicants to interact on social media – view, like, comment and
share.

Increase foot traffic into Arts & Crafts facilities/programs; provide a relaxing, safe
environment that fosters resiliency through a creative, unstructured environment
-
The skills gained and reinforced from garrison Arts & Crafts Programs helps Soldiers
and their Families strengthen relationships, better cope with adversity and become more
resilient.
