Health And Safety Requirements:

Should an instructor have any doubt about the safety of a client because of capability, faulty
tack / equipment or other reason then the Instructor must refuse to allow that person to take
part until they are satisfied with the amendments made.

Hats with Flexible Peeks, Body Protectors and Medical Arm Bands to be worn on the Cross
Country Course.

Correct British Standard Headgear conforming to current standards to be worn at all times when
mounted.

The Organisers reserve the right to alter the programme if deemed necessary.

No Smoking is tolerated in the cabin, catering, stable or farm yard areas.

Country Course do not accept any liability for any damage, whether occasioned by the negligence or
breach of contract or statutory duty of themselves, their servants, agents, employees or those
connected with the Cross Country Course or otherwise or whosoever.
It is an express condition of every person entering upon the Cross Country Course that he/she agrees,
and if he/she is under 18 years of age, his/her parents and/or accompanying adult also agree that he/
she does so at his/her own risk and voluntarily accepts the risk of injury or damage that is implicit in
riding a horse on, over or near a cross country course.
Directions to Stockland Lovell
Southbound
Leave the M5 at Jct 23. After you leave the dual
carriageway on the approach to Bridgwater, turn right at
the first set of traffic lights. Continue through 4 sets of
lights until you reach a roundabout. Turn right onto the
A39 to Cannington, where you will pick up the brown
tourist signs to Stockland Lovell Equestrian. Stockland
Lovell is 3 miles from Cannington on the Hinkley Point road,
and is signposted on the left hand side.
Northbound
Leave the M5 at Jct 24, proceed into Bridgwater and take the A39 towards Minehead. As you approach
Cannington you will pick up the brown tourist signs to Stockland Lovell Equestrian. Stockland Lovell is 3
miles from Cannington on the Hinkley Point road, and is signposted on the left hand side.
PLEASE NOTE: If using a navigation system, please insert Cannington and then
follow the signs.

SHAVINGS - Each stable will be fully bedded up with shavings. Additional shavings can be
purchased per bale at the current market price. Stables are required to be left clean and
clear at the end of riders’ stay.
