www.myscgy.com It’s Showtime! You are invited to participate in Our Spring Show at the Covelli Centre! Classics On Ice 2015 Sunday April 12, 2015 Show Time: 2:00pm Registration due by March 17, 2015 All levels of skaters will be showcased from the pre-school tots, all levels of Kidskate, adult skaters, competitive club skaters, ice dancers and coaches are encouraged to participate. Again, with show costumes THAT YOU KEEP! We hope you will be part of the festivities! Soloists and small groups of all ages are encouraged. Get with your coach and get to planning. It is always fun to perform at the Covelli! All club members & skaters enrolled in Kidskate are eligible to skate in a group number. All soloists/duets MUST skate in a group number. Time limitations are as follows: PreAlpha-Delta solos: 1 minute, FS1-FS4 solos: 1.5 min, FS5 and up solos: 2.5 min. All music selections must be approved. There will be 3 practices for each group number and one dress rehearsal (for groups only). Practice dates are Mon 4/6 5:30-7:30pm Covelli, Wed 4/8 5:30-7:30pm Covelli, Fri 4/10 5:30-7:30pm Covelli. Dress Rehearsal will be Saturday 4/11 9:30-11:30am at Hess Ice Rink! Each group will be scheduled for 3 hours of practice plus the Dress Rehearsal at the Covelli Centre. Your exact times and practice dates will be announced after groups are selected. Tentative-additional practices if need will be added the day of the show beginning at noon at the Covelli Centre. With limited practices it is important to attend ALL the practices. We need the skaters there in order to make them look GOOD! A detailed schedule will be posted after all show applications have been received. The 2pm show will run approximately 2 hours including the intermission. Please join us and show off your skating talents to your family, friends, and neighbors. There will be a $75 show fee per skater/club member & $135 for non-club member. This includes all practices for the group number, instructor fees, cast party and the family skate after show! Group number Costume Fee is $45 and you keep the costume. The show program book will again be in color with photos! Please see Connie Maun for Program Ad form to get your skating photos and ads into the souvenir booklet. If you are interested in participating we ask that you please complete the registration form and return it to us by Tuesday March 17th deadline. Applications after March 17, 2015 will have a $25 late fee! General Admission Tickets will be $10 per ticket. All details will be distributed to those electing to participate.
