Situated in the heart of Napa Valley in the town of Yountville, Napa Valley Museum offers a
spectacular space for your next event. Our unique facility accommodates any type of gathering
from formal sit-down dinners to elegant cocktail parties. We can put you in contact with
performers to entertain your guests and caterers who will
create savory appetizers or gourmet dinners to help make the

RATES
Entire Museum $3,500
Accommodates up to 300 for cocktail reception and 50-100 for seated dinner.
(Certain exhibitions prohibit food & wine in the Main Gallery. In such an event, a rented tent is
the perfect solution. Guests can still tour the exhibition, but would eat in a tent.)
Terrace Only $1,500
Accommodates 200 for cocktail reception or 150 for sit-down dinner
Spotlight & History Galleries $1,500
Accommodates 100 for cocktail reception, 100 for seated presentations
Parking Lot and/or Meadow $400
Parking for 500 for special events such as bike races and community activities.
All rates include a rental time of six (6) hours, including set-up and breakdown. Events may take
place anytime on Monday or Tuesday and between 4-11pm Wednesday-Sunday evenings,
including set up and clean up time. Rental of any space, except the meadow/parking lot only,
includes use of kitchen, bathroom facilities and meadow and use of tables and chairs. Any
damage to Museum property or furniture will incur a $250 cleaning fee. Rentals during the day
are the same rates, but availability is limited. Reduced rates are available for non-profit
organizations.

 Fifteen (15) six-foot banquet tables
 Thirteen (13) two-foot diameter short café tables
 Eighty (80) chairs

Mission Statement: The Napa Valley Museum is a private 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization that
provides a unique experience that enriches the cultural fabric of our community through
exhibitions and educational programs. The Museum places the Napa Valley in a worldwide
context by inspiring residents and visitors to learn about the history, art and environment of the
region. Napa Valley Museum hosts 4-5 changing exhibitions per year in the Museum’s Main
Gallery on the upper level. The lower level houses the Spotlight Gallery featuring local artists and
the History Gallery.
Hours: The Museum is open Wednesday through Sunday, from 11am to 4pm.
Admission: $7 for Adults; $3.50 Students/Seniors; $2.50 Youth 7-17; and Children under seven,
active military personnel, members and Veterans Home residents are admitted free.
