Dear regional and local Presidents and Nasirat Secretaries,
We pray you are well, inshAllah. Please read the following notes carefully.
Syllabus and Urdu tests
At this time of year, you should have begun preparing the Nasirat in your Majlis for the syllabus and
Urdu tests. Some (larger) Majalis should have begun taking these already as the deadline for
sending the test results is with your June report. A mark sheet has been attached for your ease (It is
also available on Nasirat website). Please ensure you include percentages in the mark sheet for all
your Nasirat being tested.
Hifze Qur’an
Hifze Qur’an tests should be undertaken at a local level and certificates for this should be distributed
at regional Ijtemas, under the supervision of Regional Presidents. If there is a local Majlis nearby,
Nasirat Secretaries can choose to arrange inter-Majalis testing of the Hifze Qur’an (ie. where a group
of teachers from a Majlis visit the other to test the Nasirat and vice versa).
Local and Regional Ijtemas
Please refer to the rules and regulations in the Ijtema Pack 2015 (which is also available on the
Nasirat website). Speeches do not need to be memorised at local level Ijtemas but should be
memorised for regional Ijtemas. Marks should be awarded/deducted for this accordingly at regional
level. Nasirat attending and participating in any Ijtemas (local, regional or national) should always be
in the correct uniform with the correct colour duppata/scarf according to their region. Marks will be
deducted at the national Ijtema for incorrect uniform.
May Allah the Almighty guide us to bring up the Nasirat in such a way as is pleasing to Him. Ameen
