NMBC Awards Banquet Journal Ad Rates Terms
GENERAL ADVERTISING POLICY: Flyers, brochures, promotional items and/or information may NOT be distributed by
anyone, in any area without prior authorization from a National Muslim Business Council Steering Committee member with the
exception of paid vendors/exhibitors and workshop presenters. Workshop leaders are permitted to distribute applicable materials to
session participants and at their exhibit/vendor space.
Advertising space is limited and will be accepted on a first received basis. Ads will be placed in the program book at the discretion of
the NMBC and the Program Book Editor. NO advertisements’ will be pulled or refunds made for payment of advertising after April
10, 2015. As all advertisements MUST be submitted camera-ready, the NMBC and its staff/program committee may not be held
responsible for identifying and correcting any errors in your ad submitted for the Program Booklet .
NMBC will NOT return ad artwork, business cards, etc. If you mail your advertisement and desire your artwork returned, please
include a self-addressed, stamped envelope with your paid advertisement.
Note: We do not have the volunteer staff to “design” or “draft” ads.
ADVERTISEMENT PRICING FOR PROGRAM BOOKLET: A limited number of paid advertisements in color will be
allowed in this year’s NMBC Program Book for the conference. The cost varies depending on the size of the ad and where it is placed
within the Program Booklet.
ADVERTISEMENT DEADLINE: All advertisements must be received by April 10, 2015 whether online or via mail, No
EXCEPTIONS. Ads received after this date will not be included in the program.
REQUESTING AD SPACE IN THE PROGRAM BOOKLET: Payment MUST be received at the time of ad submission. All
ads MUST be camera-ready or uploaded in .jpg format. All ads must be received no later than April 10, 2015.
ONLINE Submission and Payment Option:
Click on your preferred ad size and color. Pay online using PayPal. After payment through PayPal you will receive a payment
receipt/confirmation; you will then be able to (1) Complete the “Ad Order Request” form online; and (2) upload your camera-ready
advertisement online. To purchase advertising space, select advertising from the drop-down menu.
Or you can use mail option.
Print and complete the “Ad Order Request” form *; and (2) mail your completed form, Cashier’s Check/Money order along
with your camera-ready advertisement to: NMBC P.O. Box 9106, Fayetteville, NC 28311
*Note: If you are unable to print the ‘Ad Order Request’ please include the following information with your submission.
o Cashier’s Check, money order or PayPal receipt/confirmation
o Business/Organization name and business/Organization mailing address
o Business/Organization Telephone number
o Name of Contact Person and Telephone Number of Contact Person
o Email address of business and /or Contact Person
o Size of requested ad
o Indicate whether ad is “black & white” or color
o Camera-ready ad is exactly as it is to appear in the Program Book
o Date, Signature, and Acknowledgement
