The Northbrook Golf Academy (NGA) offers outstanding
instructional programs to improve your game, from group
lessons to private and semi-private lessons with PGA
Professionals. Through continuing education, mentorship
and professional coaching, instructors focus on developing
the whole person and instilling values of honesty,
respect, hard work and sportsmanship. Schedule a lesson today with a member of our
professional staff, and take the first step towards playing better golf.
Grow with the Program
Between the ages of 3-14, children can enjoy spring, summer and fall programs from
the Northbrook Golf Academy. Every step of the way, our team of coaches works with
and guides children as they learn to play the game. Children have a chance to progress
through one of the levels each summer or participate in youth camps, golf leagues and
travel teams.
Better Instruction Through Technology
The Northbrook Golf Academy uses the revolutionary TrackMan® Doppler radar system
for instruction and clubfitting. TrackMan measures the full trajectory of any shot,
analyzes the swing, and delivers data on club movement, ball launch and landing.
High-speed video analysis is also available, using V1 Golf technologies.
Test and assess your skills with TrackMan’s 60-shot Combine Challenge. Measure your
strengths and weaknesses, and let a member of our professional staff devise a practice
plan that will take your game to the next level.

The Northbrook Golf Academy (NGA) Youth Development and Camp Program is under
the direction of Michael Wenzel, an award-winning Junior Golf Leader, 2014 U.S. Kids
Master Kids Teacher, and one of Golf Digest’s “Best Teachers in State.” The program

as club delivery and launch monitor data from TrackMan to offer the area’s best golf
instruction. (Complimentary club rentals are available by request.)
