Welcome to the latest edition of the NCEE newsletter. We have a lot of news to update you on this
month regarding the 2015 International Entrepreneurship Educators Conference and the National
Enterprise Educator Awards.
The start of 2015 has been a very busy one so far for NCEE. Our International Entrepreneurship
Educators Programme got underway, with the first two modules being held at Coventry University
in January and March. The first module of our Entrepreneurial University Leaders Programme also
took place back in January at Said Business School and module two took place at the end of April,

Registrations Now Open
for IEEC 2015
NCEE, EEUK and conference host Anglia Ruskin University are delighted to invite you to join them to attend and contribute
to the tenth International Entrepreneurship Educators Conference. This year’s overall theme will be:
2020: A vision for enterprise education. Registrations are now open and you can register by visiting ieec.co.uk. You
can find out more about the fees and discounts which we have held at the same level for the fourth year running. That’s a
15% discount for all early bird bookings (by June 26th) plus a further 25% discount for EEUK members and IEEP
fellows.
The conference is known for its excellent speakers and in particular, for its highly interactive, participant focused parallel
sessions. These are specifically structured to explore the successes and challenges of working in this area, and to support
both the delegates and the contributors to explore issues, opportunities and constraints through a number of themed
tracks. We would also like to remind you that there is just over 4 weeks to go until the deadline for submissions of interactive
sessions and PechaKucha 20x20 presentations. The deadline is Friday May 22nd. Please click here for details.
We are delighted to confirm three of our keynote speakers:
Professor Sally Brown, Emerita Professor of Higher Education Diversity in Teaching and Learning at Leeds Beckett
University where she was PVC (Academic) until July 2010. Sally will bring in themes of assessment and international
perspectives to address the conference theme.
Donna Miller, HR Director Europe, Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Donna will bring an international business perspective to IEEC,
helping the audience to understand what enterprising attributes large corporations look for when they recruit and how
entrepreneurial young people can maximise their impact on recruiters.
Yamini Naidu, one of the top three business storytellers globally, Yamini works with business leaders and entrepreneurs
from all over the world helping them move from spreadsheets to stories.

2015 National Enterprise Educator Awards Applications Now Open
EEUK and NCEE are pleased to announce that applications for the 2015 National Enterprise Educator Awards are now
open. We are again celebrating the work of those in Further Education and Higher Education this year and are excited to
offer awards for in-curriculum and extra-curriculum work for those working in each sector.
