Time and Place
This year’s event is taking place at the Country Club of
Mount Dora at 1900 Country Club Blvd, Mt. Dora, FL
32757. Registration begins at 7:30 am on Friday, April
17th with the opening ceremony starting promptly at
8:15am. Shotgun start will begin at 8:45 am with the
banquet to follow.

“Golf History: Swinging
Through the Times”
We want to make sure everyone has
more fun at the Mt. Dora Heroes Foundation Golf Tournament than the normal
golf fundraiser. We encourage and hope
participants will appreciate our theme of
“Golf History: Swinging Through the
Times!” This year come out in your best
golf outfit from any past era of golf. It
may be a nice plaid pair of pants or even
some knickers!
We encourage everyone to have fun and enjoy the
theme of this year. You can dress in outfits from any
era of golf. From old knickers to the great plaid of the
70’s, we hope you have something and wear it proudly
to the event. However, we do ask that no metal spike
shoes are used to protect the course.
Awards and Prizes
Every year, the community involvement has grown and
so has our pool pf prizes! We will have a 50/50 drawing, closest to the pin contest and plenty of raffle prizes. Please bring cash to be a part of the fun! Just as
last year, the Police Department has offered “a ride
along” pass again this year as one of the prizes
