Dear NECA,
Thank you for the opportunity to present a proposal promoting the key benefits of the Motorpass Fuel Card,
and how the convenience and advanced reporting attached to the use of the card could assist NECA.

Motorpass Accident Plan pays cash benefits for a long list of accidental injuries ranging from small accidents
in the workplace to more serious accidents that result in long term injuries.
With the highest possible insurance credit rating (AAA), our current partner - American Home Assurance
Company is one of the world’s largest and most trusted insurers. (Note that the insurance underwriter is
under review and may change in the near future.)

NECA Member Terms & Pricing:
NECA, with a current portfolio of approximately 160 accounts, is eligible for the following Terms & Pricing:

Reduced Initial set up fee (Once Off)
- $0 for set up for each account – normally $50/account
Recurring Fees
Motorpass
- Motorpass Weekly Management Fee - $1.50 per card / week (Includes GST) – normally $1.77
Inclusive of a NECA marketing, promotion and
administration expense reimbursement of $0.50 per card
per week.
Card replacement Fee
Card issue fee
- $8.00 per card (Includes GST) – if card needs to be replaced.
Payment Terms
- 14 days from statement issue date via direct debit or; 21 days
from statement issue date via bPay, Cheque or Direct credit
Billing Cycle
NECA Members can choose one of the following Billing Cycles to compliment their financial management
procedures and reporting. The invoice will be issued on the nominated date with payment due within 14 days.

Transaction Surcharge
Some fuel outlets elect to charge a ‘transaction fee or surcharge’ when the Motorpass Card is used at their
outlet. This is not a Motorpass fee that varies from $1.00 to around 2.5% of the transaction amount, similar
to some credit card transactions.
