prepaid kit ordered via the Globe website and settled the cash-out payment via an HSBC credit card.
What is the promo period?
The promo period is from January 31 to February 14, 2014.
Who can I avail of this offer?
This promo is offered to new and existing Globe subscribers who carry an HSBC credit card, both
Primary and Supplementary credit cardholders. He/she must be in good credit standing and has
remaining credit limit. HSBC card holders are pre-qualified to avail the offer.
How can I avail of this offer?
Cardholder should subscribe to any Globe iPad plan or prepaid kit through the Globe website and use
his Credit Card to avail of 0% Installment for 3, 6, 12 or 24 months for the cash-out amount. Minimum
cash-out amount that can be paid through 0% Installment is Php3,000.
When can I redeem my coupon to enjoy discounts on iPad accessories?
Validity of issued coupon is from January 15, 2014 to March 31, 2014 only. Redemption period is until
May 31, 2014.
How will the subscriber know what accessories can be availed with a discount and where the
coupon can be redeemed?
The subscriber will be issued a Discount coupon together with the iPad device. The coupon contains the
list of participating vendors, accessories and terms and conditions of the promo offer.

What are the requirements to avail of a Globe Postpaid Line?
To avail of a Globe Postpaid Plan, the following are the application requirements:
a. Duly-accomplished Globe Postpaid MSA Form
b. Proof of Identification (any of the ff: Driver’s License, Company ID, Passport with signature, SSS/TIN/
GSIS ID, Major Credit card, PRC/IBP ID)
c. Proof of Billing Address (Public Utility bill for electricity, cable or water, credit card statement, bank
statement, notarized contract of lease, latest airway bill)
d. Proof of Financial Capacity (Latest ITR with BIR, Latest W-2 Form, Certificate of Employment with
compensation, at least 2 months payslip, latest 2 months credit card statement with at least P20,000
credit limit, latest 6 months bank statement, latest 3 months Certificate of Allotment plus employment
contract for Overseas Filipino Workers). HSBC card holders may just present their credit card as
their POFC.

What type of SIM do these devices support?
Both the iPad Mini Retina Wifi + Cellular and iPad Air Wifi + Cellular require an LTE nano-sim.
Will I be able to enjoy Globe’s LTE?
Yes. iPad Mini Retina Wifi + Cellular and iPad Air Wifi + Cellular are all LTE capable.
Introduced early in 2013, 4G LTE lets you enjoy the fastest internet connection speeds of up to 42 Mbps on
your LTE-enabled SIM and device.
Is there are difference in rate for LTE and 3G?
There is no difference between the rate of 3G and LTE.
Can I use my LTE sim for calls and texts?
The sim provided for the iPad is only for mobile data access. There is no call and text feature. However, you
can use iMessage to send messages to family and friends using an Apple device or Facetime for video calling
to those using an Apple device.

What about repair/replacement?
