Dear Boy’s Tennis Coach and Athletic Director:
It is my privilege to welcome you to the Division I Boy’s Sectional Tennis Tournament to be held at Springside
Racquet and Fitness Club.
The draw/seed meeting will be held on Sunday, May 3. The draw will begin at 2pm at Copley High School in
the main lobby of the school. This is the mandated draw date from the OHSAA. All participating schools
MUST be represented. If you cannot attend you must send a representative from your school to do the draw
for you. A coach from another school cannot represent you.
Enclosed you will find the “official” NE Ohio Athletic District entry form (you can find it online also nedab.org
where you can fill it out and then email it). This form must be emailed or faxed to me prior to noon on April
27! (My fax at Cloverleaf Middle School is 330-302-0520) I will have all entries typed up for the draw. Prior to
passing out this “master” sheet, you will be able to make any last minute changes and substitutions.
The other document I will need from you is your athletic eligibility sheet. You can either send this with your
entry form or you can bring it to the draw meeting. I will need the original of the eligibility list, but if you fill
out the entry form online and email it you will not need to bring the original. The official OHSAA entry form is
filled out on the myohsaa site by your Athletic Director and that is not required to be brought to me. On that
form make sure all coaches are listed or else they will not be able to coach in the tournament.

The school entry form is on myOHSAA and will need to be filled out by you Athletic Director by April 28. (You do
not have to send that form , I will check it online).
Please submit to me the eligibility list (please make sure all athletes are listed on there)
Entry form (one enclosed) but you can fill one out online under the nedab.org forms. I would prefer this way
due to the fact you can type in the information which makes it legible for me.
Filing Entry Form Electronically: To help those that are not good with technology here are the steps to take to do
it electronically: 1) Save the form on your computer 2) Open up document after save and fill it out 3) Completed
form then saved to computer 4) Either print out and fax or attach to an email and send it to me. Easy as that! 

SEED & DRAW MEETING:
Mandatory Meeting: Sunday, May 3 at 2pm at Copley High School
 All schools must have a representative at this meeting.
 Original Entry Form and Eligibility certificate will be collected. I must have the original
forms before your athletes can participate.
 Line-Up changes will be done before the draw begins, and changes must come from your
substitution list.
 AP Exam participants: please read the page on the exams.

AP EXAMS
IMPORTANT PLEASE READ!!!
The AP Tests will be given on the dates of the tournament. Please check with your players for
AP Tests scheduled on any of the playing dates. NOW is the time to request with your
guidance dept., an alternate time, date, and/or location for the players scheduled to take tests.
Your other option is to place the player on the draw in a position so he might be able to make
his match. You should have a substitute available if he does not get there on time. We cannot
hold up the tournament for those taking the test.
