Facilities
A typical day at camp...
Over 500 children, youth and adults make new
friends and grow in faith at NEOLA Disciples
Camps. Activities include crafts, swimming, hiking,
gaga-ball, archery, volleyball, basketball, music,
drama, campfire, canoeing, fishing and more.
Each day begins and ends with worship (small
group and all camp). Morning keynotes and small
group time bring Bible lessons to life in relevant
ways for each age group. Afternoons are recreation
time, when campers choose from a variety of structured and unstructured activities. After dinner it’s
“all camp” activity time—Water Olympics, talent
show, capture the flag, crazy relays, theme nights,
prayer stations, camper award ceremonies...
Your child’s health and safety is our first priority!
Camp leaders are committed, caring volunteers. All camp staff receive a criminal background check
and complete training on camp safety, in addition to general camp orientation. Our staff to camper ratio is
typically 1:5, with a ratio of 1:4 at
many of our younger camps.
How to Register
Regular resident camps are held at the Rickman
Conference Center in Jefferson City, MO.
Offsite trips for older youth in grades 6-8 take place
at Pulltite State Park (Missouri). These trips depart
