ICMS 41th Annual Conference in Zhengzhou
19th - 23nd OCTOBER 2015
Attendees: Around 200 participants including Chinese and foreign attendees
and foreign accompaniers
1. Meeting place:
Henan Art Center, Zhengzhou City, Henan Province, PR China
Because the avenue in front of the Henan Museum will be widened and the
museum will be closed for repairing this year, our meeting place will change
to our city new district (CBD) to the Henan Art Center. A good place, it is
more beautiful and interesting.
2. Accommodation:
We plan to accommodate all our attendees to Zhongyu Garden Hotel (5star hotel) and negotiated the price with the hotel for our meeting. Standard
room price is 580 RMB (approximate 82Euro) including two breakfast. The
hotel is not far away from the Henan Art Center.

Morning:
Place: Luoyang City
Go to Luoyang City by bus and visit some world cultural
heritage sites security system
Afternoon:
Discussion and speeches in Luoyang museum
Evening:
Back to Zhengzhou
Luoyang，about 2 hours by high-speed way, was the capital city for nine
dynasties in Chinese history. There are some famous grottos, temples and
historical sites.
Thursday 22nd October
Morning:
Place: Dengfeng City
Go to Dengfeng and investigate the security system of
immovable cultural relics
Afternoon:
Discussion in groups and give suggestions
Evening:
Back to Zhengzhou
Dengfeng, about 1 hour by high-speed way, is famous for the world
culture heritage of “The Centre of Heaven and Earth” including Shaolin
Temple and Chinese Kangfu.
Friday 23th October
Morning:
Place: Henan Museum& Kaifeng City
Go to Henan Museum (our museum)
Visit the security system of Henan Museum
Discussion in groups and speeches
Afternoon:
Go to Kaifeng city and visit some museum and sites
Evening:
Farewell Party and back to Zhengzhou
Kaifeng, 40 minutes by bus, is one of eight famous ancient capitals of China.
4. Registration Fee
Participant:
280 € / 300 € / 350 € (depends on the
registration date)
Accompanying person:
140 € / 160 € / 200 € (depends on the
registration date)
The fee includes all lunch, three diners, local transportation, and the cost of
three days tour outside Zhengzhou.
Attendees need to pay by themselves for their air plan tickets to Zhengzhou,
the hotel in Zhengzhou and two suppers (October, 19th and 20 th).
