Paving slabs outside Rodney hall were cordoned off them repaired

Email addresses for each committee position will be available if needed
Water issue on hazel terrace (water was swept away before Kick off last home

Most positions have been allocated as follows
Chairman – Colin Faulkner
Vice Chairman/Secretary – TBC
Social media officers – Kimberleigh & Gorgina Smith
Fundraising officer – Claire Faulkner
Marketing - Lucy Ashcroft
Functions officer – Phil Ashcroft
Website Officer – Steve Smith
New DSA Logo
Chairman suggested that Logo to be designed by Zoe Smith with agreement of
all committee members. Zoe will design a few logo’s and the committee will
vote on the logo to be used.

Autism Awareness
Award
Colin Told the Group that Lisa Savage wants Newport county to be the first
League 2 Club to get this award.

Update Colin has reported to the group that because Zoe is under 16 she
cannot have direct involvement with the group however she can help other
committee members as long as she is supervised by an adult.
Colin has added all committee members to the group with the addition of Zoe
Smith and Lisa Savage.
We need to work towards to targeting local schools with children with autism
and wheelchair users

County in the
Community looking
to get involved
Colin has spoken to Norman Parselle with regards to this and he is
wanting to get involved with the DSA and mentioned that he would be
willing to help with transport using the community new minibus and any
other way they can help
Advertising
We discussed local businesses such as Bush healthcare asking them to donate
the use of wheelchairs in return for advert space on the website.
Future Meetings
Colin to discus possibility of using the Ivy Bush

And Phil to do the same with the Riverside Taven
constitution

Update Colin has emailed all committee members with a copy of the
constitution we also discussed the possibility of a signing ceremony in time for
the start of next Season.
