e live in an age of fear, worry, stress, and anxiety. Our society is
afflicted by many phobias and maladies. Despite being among
the most prosperous people in the world and across history, we
are depressed, stressed, anxiety-ridden, and have a host of psychological
issues. This is not how God has called us to live. Read Philippians 4:6 and
consider the points below.

worry. There are different kinds of prayers (concession, praise, etc.); to
combat worry we need a prayer of release. We need to let go of the issues
that are bothering us and turn them over to God.
