REGISTRATION FEES and DEADLINES
• 2015 Registration Fees
o Early $625 (payments or P.O.’s received before June 5)
o Full $725 (payments or P.O.’s received between June 5 – July 20)
Fee includes all plenaries and learning sessions, conference materials, lunch Monday and Wednesday, a
special celebratory dinner on Tuesday evening, and Wi-Fi throughout all conference meeting rooms.

Payments must be made to ORGANIZATIONAL SERVICES by credit card, check, or purchase order
All payments for registration fees and site visits must be received before you attend the conference or
upon arrival
All Unpaid Participants attending the conference must settle all payments due upon arrival to the
conference in Anaheim
ABOUT VOUCHER CODES
• Starts with V2015: All Open NAF Academies will receive 2 voucher codes each from NAF.
Your Voucher Covers
o One hotel room and tax charges per voucher for up to 4 nights between Sunday, July 19
and Thursday, July 22.
Your Voucher Does NOT Cover:
o Conference Registration Fee $625/$725
o Travel to and from Anaheim
o Ground transportation costs to and from the airport/hotel
o Other travel costs, incidentals, parking, and meals not provided during the conference

Starts with F2015: All First Year and graduating YOP Academies who selected the Pre-Paid option in
your contract will receive voucher codes from NAF depending on which you selected.
Your Voucher Covers
o Conference Registration Fee
o One hotel room and tax charges per voucher for up to 4 nights between Sunday, July 19
and Thursday, July 22.
Your Voucher Does NOT Cover:
o Travel to and from Anaheim
o Ground transportation costs to and from the airport/hotel
o Other travel costs, incidentals, parking, and meals not provided during the conference

Starts with G2015: All Graduating YOP Academies who signed Pre-Paid options before 2014 will receive
voucher codes from NAF.
Your Voucher Covers
o Conference Registration Fee
o HALF of your hotel room and tax charges per voucher for up to 4 nights between Sunday,
July 19 and Thursday, July 22.
o Travel to and from Anaheim from your home site – will be reimbursed up to $300 by OSI
(You must remit our Travel Reimbursement Form by Friday, August 2, 2015 to qualify)
Your Voucher Does NOT Cover:
o Ground transportation costs to and from the airport/hotel
o Other travel costs, incidentals, parking, and meals not provided during the conference

Starts with HON2015: Honorees who are notified by NAF and given voucher codes.

• Click on “Register Now!”
• Enter:
o YOUR First and Last Name
o YOUR Email Address (where you can receive all confirmations and conference
correspondence)
o Enter YOUR FULL VOUCHER CODE then select from the list below the first part of your
voucher code and click the radio button that matches your code.
o If you do not have a voucher code, then type in “NAF2015NV” for “no voucher” and select the
participant type that matches your type, and click the radio button next to your choice.

Proceed through the pages providing additional information and selecting appropriate choices that are
available to you
When you arrive at the PAYMENT PAGE you will be able to download a payment form to submit to
your internal office for payment to Organizational Services. All of the information about registration
fee payment is on this PDF sheet. A payment form is also attached to this document.
Select your form of payment (Check or Credit Card) and click SUBMIT to complete your registration.
Failing to click the SUBMIT button to complete registration will result in an “abandoned registration”
and your registration will not reach us.
A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you entered on the first page of registration. Be
sure to allow emails from “cvent.com” and/or check your spam filter and junk mail.
To register multiple participants click SUBMIT on the last page of the first registration and you will land on the
confirmation page. In the top right and in the bottom right, there is a button to click to “Register Another”.

When making hotel reservations note that you can extend your stay on either end. If NAF is covering a
portion of your overnight cost, the coupon you bring to the hotel will designate the nights NAF is
covering. All other nights reserved are allowable, but at your own expense.
If you have a voucher code that covers any part of your overnight stay, you should make your hotel
reservation exactly as if you were paying (you will need a credit card to hold your reservation but the
card will NOT be charged). If calling the 800 number, the reservationist will not know anything about a
voucher code. After you register for the conference, you will receive a coupon via email to present in
JULY at check-in at the Anaheim Marriott. The coupon will tell the person behind the Marriott desk
that some or all of your room and tax charges should be transferred to the NAF Master Account. Your
name will already have been given to the hotel, but the coupon is your insurance that you will not be
charged for the room nights NAF has committed to paying for you.
You are required to present a credit card at check in for incidental expenses
You can share your room with another person at no additional charge. Be sure BOTH names are on the
reservation.
If you forget or misplace your COUPON upon arrival, you can print another one by logging into your
CVENT registration and clicking on ‘Print Hotel Coupon’
Any issues or problems with your hotel reservations or billing should be directed to Organizational
Services at the NAF on-site registration desk.
If you plan to send a check to pre-pay any part of your overnights, please make sure the check arrives
to the hotel via UPS/FEDEX BEFORE July 10, 2015 along with name(s) on the reservation and the
Marriott reservation confirmation number to:

REFUNDS / CANCELLATIONS – If you cancel your registration before July 10, 2015, a $50 cancellation fee will apply.
After July 10, there are no refunds for registration fees (including last minute medical emergencies). All unpaid fees
will be invoiced, along with late fees.
