Service, Selection And Quality
Service Is What We Are About
The staff at Nick’s offers service rarely found in stores today.
Our knowledgeable and helpful staff cares about you and your
plants. Our goal is to provide you with the highest quality plants
that are adapted to our climate. You’ll find the selection and variety
at Nick’s to be one of the finest in the metro area.
We’re open year round to serve you spring, summer, fall and
winter with many special events happening throughout the year
from spring through Christmas. Here are just a few of the many

Nick’s Delivery Service Guidelines
• For bulk mulch, rock, soils, etc: We will dump in your driveway, either the left side or right side; any other dump location
is at the discretion of the driver and you must be present for
any exceptions.
• For pavers, wall block, moss rock, flagstone, and other
palletized items: We will only place the pallets or items in your
driveway; any other placement is at the discretion of the driver
and you must be present for any exceptions.
• “X” Marks The Spot: You do not have to be home for your
delivery. We encourage you to mark your driveway with chalk
or masking tape as to where you would like your material
placed or dumped if you are not going to be home on your
scheduled delivery date.
• Fountains: We will deliver your fountain to your driveway.
For an extra fee we can set up fountains. We charge depending
on how much man power is needed.
• Time: Everyday our trucks run until all scheduled deliveries
are completed. We can give you an approximate time for your
individual delivery. However we cannot guarantee the time as
there are too many variables that influence the delivery and are
beyond our control. We will provide you with a two hour
delivery window.

Nick’s Value Added Services
• Planting Services: for the customer buying one tree or many
trees and who would like someone to do the work.
• Sod: Whether you need just a few rolls or several pallets,
we carry it.
• Special Orders: If we don’t have something you need or want,
we’ll do our best to get it for you.
• Delivery: From our door to yours, there is no order too big
or too small.
• Loading: From beginning to end, let us load your merchandise
on your cart, to the register, and into your vehicle. Boxes and
liners are available for your convenience.
• Diagnosis: Not sure what’s wrong? Bring in a sample of the
insect or diseased plant and let us help you find the answer.

Delivery Charge in Aurora is $75.00, $85.00 just outside
of Aurora. Special quote otherwise.
Delivery charges are subject to change due to increases in fuel.
All prices are subject to change without notice and are based on supply and demand.
We will gladly help with your measurements, but the choice on the total amount
is left to you. We are not responsible for over calculations or estimations.
