your program & institution!
All proceeds will be used to
further the mission of the
NIRSA Foundation.
This popular fundraiser is a conference highlight.
Join the fun and promote your institution’s
recreation department by entering donated items in
the competition.
Promote your institution and enter your T-shirts in
this long standing conference event.
Entries will be judged on originality, content
composition, layout of design and overall visual
appeal. A Best of Show will be awarded amongst
the first place winners from each of the t-shirt
categories.
Winners will be announced via
Twitter @NIRSALive
@NIRSAFoundation and at the
Foundation Table on March 31
at 3:30pm. Ribbons will be
available at the Foundation Table
on Wednesday, April 1 beginning
at 9:00am. Winners will also be
highlighted on the NIRSA website
after conference.
Entries will be accepted at the NIRSA
Foundation Table. All entries must be submitted
by Tuesday, March 31 by 1:00pm.
NOTE: Please bring two of each T-shirt for
entry in the T-shirt Competition at the Annual
Conference. One winning shirt will be included in
the 2015 Quilt; the second piece will be sold at this
year’s conference.

Monday, March 30 — 8:00am - 4:30pm
Tuesday, March 31 — 8:00am - 1:00pm

Donations are greatly appreciated for non
T-shirt items. Jackets, sweatshirts, hats,
etc. are great items to submit to show
your school spirit and raise additional
money for the NIRSA Foundation. These
items will not be judged.
