RULES AND REGULATION FOR FUNCTION AND EVENT
1. Hall Booking is available only to the main member of the club.
2. While paying the advance, please check the details of the booking like date of booking, Hall
Booked, Advance amount etc.
3. As per club rules (due to silence zone), playing of live orchestra/ Band / Banjo / Fire crackers are
not permitted within and outside the club premises.
4. Sticking of bills banners, ribbons on the walls is not permitted, if found guilty, an amount of
Rs.3500/- (Minimum) & Rs.5000/- (Maximum) will be retained. This shall be deducted in hall
deposit.
5. Outside catering is not permitted in the club premises.
6. NMSA has official caterer and decorator for the function held within the premises. All members
will have to do the booking with them only.

8. As per the Govt Order playing of music after 10.00pm onwards is not permitted.
9. Serving of liquor inside the Hall shall be permitted only after obtaining necessary license form,
for any legal action, due to breakage of rules mentioned above , the member shall be
responsible for the same.
Cancellation of Hall Booking



If cancelled within 10 days prior to the date of the function 100% of the hall
charges will be deducted.
If cancelled within 15 days prior to the date of the function 50% of the hall
charges will be deducted.
If cancelled after booking any time 30 days prior to the date of the function 25%
of the hall charges will be deducted.

Room Booking is made by only Main Member not Family member.
Room Booking/s is/ are made on payment of full charges in advance.
Telephone booking is not accepted
Request for extension period can be considered, if room/s is/ are available.
Only two persons allowed in one room & only one extra person allowed per room.
A member can book minimum 10 (10) rooms & maximum 15 (fifteen) for one function.
Cancellation of Rooms :
 If cancelled after booking any time before 4 days prior to occupancy, 50% of the
room charges will be lapsed.
 If cancelled after booking any time within 4 days prior to occupancy, 100% of the
room charges will be lapsed.
