This class is a hands-on-training for firefighters and fire officers and is
intended to re-enforce fireground operations in the commercial setting and
live fire/smoke recognition. This class requires participants to climb stairs,
operate 2½” hose lines from a stand pipe, cut ventilation holes on a flat roof
using power saws, operate in a live fire/smoke recognition trailer in near
black out conditions. The class will include:
* Stand pipe operations
* Commercial ventilation operations
* Smoke/Flash over trailer
Safety gear required:





NFPA approved Turnouts
Helmet
SCBA with face piece
Spare SCBA bottle
Set of irons if possible
Cost: $ 25.00 per student
*** CLASS SIZE LIMITED TO 30 STUDENTS ***
All participants will be required to sign the NorCal FOOLS release of Liability waiver prior
to participation
