Celebrating its 34th year, the North Raleigh Swim Team "The Gators" is looking for sponsors
to support its summer 2015 season. This year looks to be our biggest and most exciting
season in our history. Our swim team is open to all the children in the Raleigh, NC area. This
summer, we anticipate more than 150 children, with ages 4-18 participating on the team. With
over 200 families attending every meet, attendance averages over 400 participants and
spectators.
OUR PURPOSE
Offer children in the Raleigh area an opportunity to learn and develop swim techniques, good
sportsmanship, and the value of staying physically active. As our children progress through
the season, they learn that with hard work they can successfully reach their goals.

Terms & Conditions: Availability: Your acceptance will be valid when you receive e-mail
confirmation, which we expect to send within 3 business days of your submission. Payment
is due by May 1, 2015 by check or electronic funds transfer. Termination: NRSC shall have
the right to cancel with or without cause provided reimbursement for any deposit(s) is made to
Company. Logo: Sponsors must provide us with their company logo in vector graphic format,
ESP or AI file. If you are unable to provide a vector graphic, you may alternately provide a
PDF file or a bitmap graphic in a JPEG, PNG, or TIFF format. Banners: Gold and Silver level
sponsors must provide their own banners. The banner cannot be larger than 25 square feet
total. By signing this agreement, you do hereby affirm you are authorized to execute the
following contract between your organization and the North Raleigh Swim Club.
