In case of accident or injury you give permission for the supervising staff to authorize medical treatment by a licensed physician. You understand that Foothill High School and the Shasta Union High School District are not responsible for any expense incurred as a result of obtaining necessary medical care. Camp starts at 9 am. Please arrive early to sign in and receive a camp shirt. Camp will end at 2 ppm each day. Limited to Water and lunch will be provided. 70 Girls Varsity Volleyball players and other top coaches will assist throughout the day. Participants! (First come, first served!)
