Routine Music Bodybuilding and Women’s Physique competitors will turn in their routine music at the Athlete Check In. Music must be burned with a single song on a CD, in .cda format (formatted to play in a regular CD player – no MP3 files) Posing Routines may be up to a maximum of 90 seconds. NPC Card All competitors must have a current 2015 NPC Membership. You can download the form and mail in for your NPC membership at this link: http://npcnewsonline.com/join‐the‐npc/ You can also purchase your NPC membership for $120 cash at the athlete check in. Please allow at least 6 weeks to receive your NPC card if you mail in for it. If it’s within 6 weeks of the show, plan on purchasing the membership at the athlete check in.
