Proven Experience in Stormwater Consolidated Total Maximum Daily Load Implementation Plan and Revised Monitoring Program, District Department of the Environment, Washington, DC (On-­‐going) Our role includes creating inputs to model the baseline analysis, GIS mapping, land use forecasting, technical research on pollutant load reduction from best management practices, conducting a Gap Analysis, creating and maintaining the project website, and stakeholder outreach. Green Infrastructure Challenge, DC Water, Washington, DC (On-­‐
going) We are part of a team to convert underused triangle parks into a community gathering spaces that retain a 1.2-­‐inch storm. Stormwater Management Programs, Low Impact Development Center, Prince George’s County, MD (On-­‐going) We are assisting municipalities by creating MS4 guidebooks to train administration and staff. Additionally, we are assisting with the Alternative Compliance Task, which provides materials and training assistance to faith based organizations. Lastly we will help each municipality with the development of stormwater management programs including stormwater pollution prevention plans. MoveDC -­‐ Multi-­‐modal Transportation Plan, District Department of Transportation, Washington, DC (Complete) Nspiregreen had the opportunity to work on the 30-­‐year multimodal transportation plan for the Nation’s Capital. Alexandria Waterfront Small Area Plan, Department of Planning and Zoning: Alexandria, VA (Complete) Ms. Davis was directly responsible for analyzing existing conditions to determine project constraints, challenges, and opportunities. The existing conditions analysis included current and projected demographics, zoning restrictions based on Federal settlement agreements, identification of historic properties, property ownership, parking utilization rates, existing transportation and circulation, and economic development potential. Troy Riverfront Revitalization, State University of New York-­‐ University at Albany, Albany, NY (Complete) Ms. Mayeur’s role was to design and plan bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure to expand trails to pass along the historic Troy, NY waterfront and provide multimodal options, while also enhancing the sense of place and increasing trail amenities. Our role included writing a press release, developing a social media schedule, branding, and creating a format to engage residents at the pop-­‐up meetings. Solid Waste Management Study, Department of Public Works, Washington, DC (Complete) We developed a game to help the public understand possible scenarios for Department of Public Works to manage solid waste, which includes source reduction, collection, disposition, and diversion. Bloomingdale/LeDroit Park Surface Water Management: District Department of Transportation, Washington, DC (Complete) We provided Engagement services for a civil infrastructure project that provides a short-­‐term solutions to help alleviating overland flooding in Northwest Washington, DC.
