Conditions of Entry
1.
Meet is approved by Area and SNSW Ltd.
2.
Meet will be conducted under the SAL and Swimming NSW (SNSW) rules.
3.
The Meet Director reserves the right to amend the program of events and conditions of entry as required.
4.
25m Competition Pool and 25m Warm-up Pool throughout the day
5.
Events will be conducted as timed finals.
6.
Results will be submitted to Area and Swimming NSW and uploaded to SNSW Results Online.
7.
Medals will be awarded to both ages in dual age groups.
8.
Lunch break of approximately 30 minutes to be scheduled at approximately 1pm.
9.
Admission $5.00 per adult. Competitors, Children and Officials free – Meet Program $5.00 - Raffle on the day. (Drawn at approximately 1:15pm)
10. Spot prizes and awards on the day.
11. Visiting clubs will be asked to assist with timekeeping.
Entry Procedure
12. ONLINE ENTRIES CLOSE FRIDAY MAY 1st at 11.59pm or when Entries Limit is filled
13. There will be an opportunity to enter manually via email after online entries close. These manual entries will be limited and will be treated on a first in first
served basis to fill gaps in the heats. To protect the timeline we will not be creating new heats. Some entries you submit manually may be declined due to heats
being filled.
14. Manual Entries to be submitted via your clubs Race Secretary ONLY. Manual Entries MUST be accompanied by proof of times report or entries will not be
entered until report is supplied.
15. It is advisable you enter well before Closing date as entries will be limited to approximately 2,300 entries to enable meet to finish by 5:30pm

18. Entry Fee $ 7.50 per individual event and $20.00 per relay.
19. ONLINE ENTRIES ONLY via link on Cherrybrook Carlile website and Swimming NSW website.
20. ENTRY CONFIRMATION (receipt) by email after payment confirmation has been processed.
21. Please check your entries carefully, no refund policy. Your printed receipt is proof of entry
22. Confirmed entrants list will be published on Cherrybrook Carlile website after the closing date
23. Individual emails or phone entries will not be accepted, will only accept entries through Race Secretary of your club.
